Congratulations, Sister Charlotte, on 60 years as a Sister of Providence. It was a pleasure working for you at the corporate headquarters in Seattle. I miss you. Fondly, Gen Tullis

Hi- I recently found some pictures of Sister Maria Lourdes Cleto from Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in 1977. I would like to send them to her. Does she have an email address? Thanks, Joe Hines

That's wonderful! If you send them to me at jennifer.roseman@providence.org I will see that she gets them. Thanks!

I am trying to find orphanage records from Vancouver for Cleta Gray, my grandmother and her brother. She was probably there about 1900 when her mother died. I know nothing about the brother.
Thank you for any help or direction.

Thanks for your inquiry, Ronda. I am going to forward it to Loretta Greene, Providence archivist, to see if she can help. Her email address is loretta.greene@providence.org.

God bless.

Kindly prayer for my friend in Cottage Grove, OR. She's having vein surgery that Doctor said has 50/50 chance of success. Thank you my precious Sisters. I love you and still remember many of the tools that were handed to me in the 10 years I was with you. EG: POI (purity of intention.)

Dear Sisters of Providence, Could I have a copy of the Caritas newsleter summer 2013 issue. I attended the Jubilee celebration today, Aug 3 at our Lady of Guadalupe in Seattle and a friend shared me. I enjoyed reading. Thank you so much. God bless, Carmela

We just moved to Shelton and were looking for a health center nearer to us than St. Joseph's in Tacoma, and came across St. Peter Hospital in Olympia. Began reading the history and realized it was founded by the same Sisters of Providence that taught at Holy Family School, on Roxbury in Seattle. I loved the Sisters then. I understand they no longer teach there, but have been to the church since our return home from 33 years in Las Vegas law enforcement. So happy to be going to a hospital that is Catholic and founded by the same Sisters. God bless you!

I was a co-worker many years ago with Sister Jo Ann Showalter in Ga.I would love to reconnect with her. May God continue to bless her as she serves Him in the various ministries she is involved in. It was so interesting reading about the Sisters of Providence and their mission.

The Sisters will always have a special place in my heart and prayers. They taught at my home parish in Sun Valley (Our Lady of the Holy Rosary). Sr. Therese Multz (Congratulations on your jubilee!) was especially loved by all of us...she taught so many of us the love of the Christ child and the "little way" of her patron, St. Therese of Lisieux. God bless you all for your continued ministry!
